Penny's extensive experience in the hospitality and travel industry covers over 23 years, including Director of Sales at Westin and Sheraton hotels. Penny has applied this experience to her travel agency and over the past 14 years has booked thousands of customers to literally all over the world. She herself has been on 52 cruises to the Caribbean, Panama, Mexico, the Mediterranean, Greek Islands, South Pacific, and Alaska, plus numerous land tours in Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Greece, France and the British Isles. Her cruising experience covers virtually all currently operating cruise lines including Regent Seven Seas, Crystal, Windstar and Cunard.

In 2004, Penny was the first recipient in North America of the highest industry designation, Elite Cruise Counsellor Scholar (ECCS).

Loretta has been in the travel industry for 16 years. Her travels have taken her extensively on several continents including trekking through Iceland, lazing on Caribbean beaches, exploring the ruins of Mexico, shopping in Hong Kong, or the more exotic and adventurous holidays in Thailand, Morocco and Central America. Each journey has a story to tell.

Loretta has sailed on Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Carnival, Sunbird, Stella Solaris (in the Greek islands), and just recently on Disney Cruise Lines.

As a certified travel agent with extensive experience, she is well qualified to assist you with your travel arrangements.

Christa's passion for travel began in 1995. Her travels have taken her to many Caribbean islands, Alaska, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and France. She has cruised on Celebrity, Holland America, Disney and Norwegian cruise lines.

Although she has now decided to focus more on cruising, Christa has many years of experience in booking air travel, winter sunspot holidays and escorted motor coach tours. She looks forward to helping you arrange your dream vacation.
